How to post a load in 30 seconds, with one message
Post a load on the freight board the way you would in a Viber group: write the route, date and vehicle, and the AI agent builds the post. A guide for shippers.
Anyone who posts loads in group chats knows how much time goes into typing the same details again and again. On the CargoTrust freight board you post a load the way you would write it to a colleague, in one message.
Step 1: open your messages
In the app or on the web, open messages. At the top is the AI agent, an assistant that turns your message into a post.
Step 2: write the load in your own words
Write the route, loading date, vehicle and cargo, just like in a group. For example:
- tomorrow Sarajevo Graz, curtainsider 24 t, 1,200 EUR
- loading 12.11. Tuzla, unloading Split, reefer, pallets
- Mostar Belgrade the day after tomorrow, semi-trailer, building materials
The agent picks up the places, countries, dates, vehicle type and cargo. If something required is missing, it asks only for that.
Step 3: check the draft and post
The agent shows the draft and marks clearly what it filled in. To change something, write the change or open the form. When everything is right, post with one click.

The plus in the middle also offers a load by form, field by field. The result is the same, you pick whatever is faster for you.
What happens after you post
The load is on the board straight away. Carriers whose route fits get an alert through their watches and reach you directly in messages. If your company has a confirmed ID number, the load is among the first on the list.
Later you can refresh, edit or close the load once you find a carrier. Everything is in one place, no scrolling through old group messages.
