For carriers: let the loads come to you
Watches on the freight board alert you as soon as a load fits your route or place. How to set them up so you get the right loads, not noise.
A carrier cannot spend the whole day scrolling through load lists. That is why the CargoTrust freight board has watches: you save what you are looking for and we let you know as soon as a matching load appears.
Two kinds of watches
- Around a place: a loading place and a radius in kilometres, e.g. Sarajevo and 50 km.
- Along a route: a start and a destination, e.g. the way back from Graz to Sarajevo. A load fits when both loading and unloading lie along that route, in the direction of travel.
How to set up a good watch
Enter a place, not just a country. A watch on countries alone catches every load between them, so alerts never stop. If that is what you need, save it and switch alerts on only if you want them.
Add the vehicle type and cargo if you only drive certain kinds, e.g. curtainsider or reefer. That way you get loads you can actually take.
What you get
As soon as a matching load appears, an alert reaches your phone. On the Tours tab a dot shows there is something new, and Watches lists every load that matched.
Post your free truck too
If you have an empty truck, post it with one message to the AI agent, e.g. "free curtainsider in Sarajevo tomorrow, heading to Zagreb". Shippers then find you, not only the other way round.
Before you agree
When you find a load, open the shipper's profile in the reputation register. Reviews from other carriers show how the company pays and whether it keeps its word.
